PROGRAMME

Our recognised Group Exercise Classes are challenging, fun & unique. Each delivered by our experienced & knowledgeable team all weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

We hold 20 Group Exercise classes, they include LBT, Boxercise, SPIN, Kettle Bells, Circuit Training, Yoga, Total Pump, SPINHIIT, Body Blitz, HIIT, TONE, SPINABS, Body Attack, Boxing Bootcamp and The JJK1000.

It doesn’t matter what your fitness levels are like at the start as these classes are mixed ability and gender.  You will be training alongside like-minded people in our fun loving, challenging and rewarding Classes.

These Group Classes are the cheapest way to exercise and train and an opportunity to meet and enjoy healthy workouts with others.

CLASSES


SPIN
With the best instructors in town and the latest bikes on the market, we can track RPM, Heart rate, distance & time!

SPINHIIT
This is an exciting combination of spinning & high intensity interval training using free weights & equipment. 25 mins on the bike and then 25 mins doing HIIT. This burns loads of calories. Get lean with SPINHIIT.

HIIT 45
Or high intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense burst of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.

LBT
Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT) targets the most common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches & exercises for the legs, thighs, bum & stomach. A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body.


TRX
TRX sessions focuses on suspension training and the movements.

BOXERCISE
This is a fun, high intensity class which combines resistance training with cardio & core exercises and of course Boxing Gloves!

POWER YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of Hatha yoga where movement is synchronised with the breath and a set series of postures are linked in a constant flow. This creates a detoxifying heat (be prepared to sweat!) and has the effect of stilling the mind and creating a feeling of calm focus. Increased strength and flexibility and a reduction in feelings of stress are some of the many benefits of this powerful practice. Helps runners lengthen hamstrings, helps tennis players increase mobility in their shoulders and helps cyclists to loosen into tight hips.

KETTLE BELLS
These classes will give you fast results for building strength, endurance & muscle toning by challenging both cardio & muscular systems.

BOXFIT
Boxfit is a mixture of Boxercise, HIIT & Circuit Training. Box to the beat in our high energy cardio workout.

BOXING BOOTCAMP
Boxing Bootcamp is a high intensity class which combines boxing with Bootcamp exercises & free weights for maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit Training is fun, fitness & music. It is a form of conditioning combining resistance training with high intense cardio to help sculpt your body & burn fat.

THE JJK 1000 CALORIE BURN

The JJK1000 is a proven fitness class, carefully developed and tested by lead trainer Joe Kelly and his team.  This class will ensure that all participants burn at Minimum of 1000 Calories in just one session. We can track this by attaching Myzone Belts  (Heart Rate Monitors) to the participants. These are connected to our Studio monitors so you can see how well you are doing.

We hold this class most Saturday Mornings starting 08:30am. 

HOW DOES GROUP EXERCISE WORK?

This will give you an opportunity to see and be part of one of our Groups before joining as a Member who then gets Unlimited Access to a range of different Classes that are held in the evenings with a number of Instructors who cater for mixed abilities, ages and experiences. 

FEES

Monthly membership fee:  £75 for unlimited classes
Pay as you go:  £10 per class

If you train with us up to 5 times per week your membership will cost you £18.75 per week which works out just £4.68 per training session. This is very Good value especially when you compare it with other local Fitness Studios, you will enjoy the Electric atmosphere and with benefit with amazing results.
