Here at JJK, we are proud to be different. In addition to our popular and well-established Personal Training programme, we offer a range of classes, all of which are designed to help our clients improve their fitness, strength, mobility and general wellbeing. Our classes are all run by fully qualified Personal Trainers who ensure that our clients are always challenged physically whilst also ensuring that technique is front of mind. We offer a free 10 day trial to those who are interested in our group programmes and a free initial PT session to new clients who are interested in 1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training.
We recognise that for some people, a bespoke training plan is what is required to enable them to achieve their goals. Our team of Personal Trainers work with our clients to establish goals and work on a personalised plan which will take into account current fitness levels, any injuries or physical limitations and in many cases nutrition.

This programme allows members to train in a small group of like-minded individuals. Members benefit from quicker results, keep each other accountable and benefit from regular reviews with their allocated Personal Trainer who works with them to establish goals, review progress and advise on nutrition.
Sessions must be pre-booked and are available 7 days a week. Members can attend as many sessions as they like for a fixed monthly payment or can attend on a pay as you go basis.
Our Group Exercise classes really are second to none! All sessions are run by our team of fully qualified Personal Trainers who are renowned for delivering dynamic, fun and challenging classes.
We know that repetition is boring which is why our classes are constantly evolving. The class line-up changes every 6 weeks and includes HIIT, Spinning, Circuit Training, Yoga, Kettle Bells, Boxercise to name but a few.
