We try our very best to make the time you are with us enjoyable while all the time focusing on activity that is challenging, engaging and not repetitive. We have cross training periods whereby you can work with different trainers who bring variety and different experience to your exercise regime.
We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.
At JJK Personal Training, you will benefit from personalised one-to-one or paired sessions, creating a unique dynamic with your personal trainer and allowing you to focus on one thing – your results
We will invite you in for an initial free face-to-face assessment for us to create a regime specifically tailored to you, taking into account current fitness, any previous injuries, limitations and in many cases nutrition.
The Small Group Personal Training allows you to train together, get results fast, have fun whilst keeping keep each other accountable and it lowers the expenditure.
These sessions allow you to train with friends, family or other suitable JJK members and are guided by our fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers. We review your progress monthly and may make changes to your fitness regime.
Our established Group Exercise Classes are challenging, fun & unique. Each delivered by our experienced & knowledgeable team.
If you’re happy to push yourself you’ll be training alongside like-minded people encouraged by the trainers in a fun and challenging environment.
We offer 16 group exercise classes per week, Mon-Sat including LBT, Boxercise, SPIN, Circuit training, Yoga, SPINHIIT, Body Blitz, TRX, Kettle Bells, Boxing Bootcamp, HIIT, JJK1000 and much more.

The benefits of yoga are well documented and our new yoga studio now enables us to offer yoga classes every day of the week.
We have a range of classes which are run by our qualified team of yoga teachers and cater for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Gym Grub is a unique 12 or 8 week Nutritional Package where JJK supplies macronutrient, calorie specific, personalised meals and snacks on a 5 or 6 day per week plan. It is specifically tailored to YOU.
The The JJK1000 is a brand new proven fitness class, carefully developed and tested by lead trainer Joe Kelly and his team. This class will ensure that all participants burn a minimum of 1000 calories in just one session.
The workout will consist of 4 zones (Strength, Endurance, Boxing and HIIT) each run by a different Personal Trainer.
Suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels, the JJK1000 is guaranteed to get your Weekend off to a flying start.
